BURKERT 20136290 Type 0331 3/2-Way Direct-Acting Solenoid Valve

BURKERT Type 0331 (Article Number 20136290) is a direct-acting, media-separated pivoted armature valve. This 3/2-way solenoid valve features a brass body, NBR seal, and a Bürkert-specific flange connection. The solenoid coil is moulded with a chemically resistant epoxy, and the coil system is separated from the medium by a diaphragm. It operates at 230 V (50 Hz) and handles a pressure range of 0 to 10 bar. The valve is equipped with a manual override for start-up and testing.

Installation and Safety

Safety Instructions

  • Risk of injury from high pressure: Before working on equipment or device, switch off the pressure and deaerate/drain lines.
  • Risk of injury from electric shock: Before working on the system or device, switch off the power supply and secure against reactivation.

Installation position: As required, preferably with actuator upright. Dirt trap: For safe operation of the solenoid valve, a dirt trap (≤ 500 µm) must be installed before the valve inlet.

Electrical Connection

BURKERT 20136290 electrical connection cable plug

  • Connect L1/+ and N/– to terminals 1 and 2 independently of the polarity.
  • Connect the protective conductor.
  • Screw the cable plug in place, observing the maximum torque of 1 Nm.
