Burkert 20115028 Type 8644 valve island features an 11 mm add-on dimension, AirLINE Quick aluminium mounting, and mixed valve population. Supports 2.5 to 10 bar.

Burkert 20115028 Type 8644 is an 11 mm 24-bank valve island with an aluminium AirLINE Quick adapter. The AirLINE system represents a universal interface between process and system control. It integrates electric and pneumatic building blocks into an assembly, enabling a modular and flexible structure of fieldbus modules, pilot valves, and I/O modules thanks to simple locking technology on the standard rail. The 20115028 model features a mixed valve population, G 1/4 pressure ports, and D6 working ports, operating at pressures from 2.5 to 10 bar.
The AirLINE Quick adapter considerably reduces the use of components in the control cabinet. With the AirLINE Quick Adapter, the valve terminal is adapted directly to the control cabinet floor or control cabinet wall.

The 20115028 valve island is a Revision 2 (REV2) generation product. It features specific visual and technical distinctions compared to REV1:

The Type 8644 Bürkert AirLINE is an electrical and pneumatic automation system developed for use in the control cabinet or switch box. The 20115028 model is combinable with the WAGO I/O System 750 and the decentralized peripheral system ET200S (Siemens).

INFO
In a continuous system, all electronic and pneumatic components are standardized, enabling pneumatic, electric, and electronic modules with various functions to be combined very easily with each other by the observation of simple rules.

High Pressure and Electric Shock
Electrostatic Sensitive Components
The device contains electronic components which react sensitively to electrostatic discharge (ESD). Contact with electrostatically charged persons or objects is hazardous to these components. Observe the requirements in accordance with EN 61340-5-1 and 5-2.
Prevent a pressure drop
To prevent a pressure drop, design the system pressure supply with the largest possible volume.
