Yoshitake EB-2J and EB-2JL are double-type bellows expansion joints designed for steam, air, cold and hot water, oil, and other non-dangerous fluids. They feature a simple structure where the flange, short pipe, and bellows are united, offering excellent durability with stainless steel wetted parts. The EB-2JL model utilizes a loose flange on the end connection to absorb bolt hole displacement.

Features

1. Conforms to Japanese Industrial Standard JIS B 2352 (bellows type expansion joints: application A).
2. Packing is not used, so retightening or replacement due to aging is not required, enabling easy maintenance and management.
3. Simple structure since flange, short pipe and bellows are united.
4. Outer pipe is attached in order to protect the bellows from damage due to external impact.
5. Stainless steel inner pipe is attached in order to prevent fluid pressure loss, vibration, impact, corrosion, etc.
6. Stainless steel made wetted parts offer high resistance to corrosion and ensures distinguished durability.
7. EB-1JL and 2JL use a loose flange on the end connection and can absorb the displacement of the circumference side of the bolt hole.
