Swagelok SS-63TS12-JK 60 Series 3-piece ball valve is designed for high-performance shutoff in demanding general service applications. This 316 stainless steel 2-way straight-pattern valve features 3/4 in. Swagelok tube fitting end connections and an orange stainless steel oval handle. The reinforced PTFE seats and fluorocarbon FKM flange seals provide reliable sealing at room temperature pressures up to 2200 PSIG (151 BAR).
The 60 series ball valve employs a unique swing-out design that allows for easy seat and seal replacement with minimal downtime. The assembly is built with conical disc spring-loaded seats and live-loaded two-piece V-style stem packing to ensure consistent sealing across varying pressure and temperature conditions.
