Swagelok SS-4H-TH3 is a stainless steel bellows-sealed valve designed to isolate system fluids and achieve reliable, leak-tight performance. This valve features a packless design with a welded body-to-bellows seal, making it an ideal choice for applications where maintaining a secure seal to the atmosphere is critical. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel body and 321 stainless steel bellows, it provides excellent material compatibility for general and high-purity services. The straight-pattern (2-way) flow configuration supports a maximum flow coefficient (Cv) of 0.28.

This manual valve is equipped with a green aluminum knob handle and a conical stainless steel stem tip. It is rated for temperatures ranging from -80°F to 600°F (-62°C to 315°C), with a pressure rating of 1000 PSIG at room temperature. Each unit undergoes standard cleaning and packaging (SC-10) and is helium leak tested according to SCS-00020 to ensure integrity.
