Swagelok 6LV-8-VCR-3S-10MTB7 is a 316L VAR VCR short tube butt weld gland designed for compact, high-purity face seal connections. This fitting is manufactured from Vacuum Arc Remelted (VAR) 316L stainless steel to ensure material purity and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for semiconductor and vacuum-grade assemblies where space is limited.

The gland features a 1/2 inch VCR metal gasket face seal connection on one side and a 10 mm x 1 mm tube butt weld (TBW) connection on the other. It includes a 0.75 inch (19.1 mm) extension to facilitate welding and installation in tight piping configurations.

Short Gland Design

The short VCR® gland design supports high-purity face seal connections in restricted spaces. By utilizing the Swagelok VCR metal-to-metal seal, the system maintains a leak-tight, high-purity environment suitable for critical process gas and fluid delivery.
