BURKERT 20114250 Type 3361 Electromotive 2-Way Globe Control Valve

Bürkert Type 3361 electromotive 2-way globe control valve (SKU 20114250). Features DN 80 flange connection, PTFE seat seal, 24V DC supply, and AG3 actuator.

BURKERT 20114250 Type 3361 Electromotive 2-Way Globe Control Valve

BURKERT Type 3361 electromotive 2-way globe control valve (SKU: 20114250) features an AG3 actuator with a 10,000 N driving force and a positioning speed of 3 mm/s. The valve body is constructed from stainless steel with a DN 80 flange connection (DIN EN 1092-1) and a PTFE seat seal. It operates on a 24 V DC supply voltage and handles nominal pressures from -0.9 bar to 21 bar (PN 25). The electromotive actuator with ball screw positions the control cone with high precision, reacting almost delay-free to process signals.

Product Design and Assembly

BURKERT 20114250 design of electromotive valve Type 3361 AG3

The electromotive linear drive consists of a brushless DC motor, a gear, and a spindle system that transfers the force to the closing element. The integrated electronics are controlled by standard analogue signals (0/4...20 mA, 0...5/10 V). The actuator keeps the valve tight and in position even at the maximum specified medium pressure in a powerless standstill.

Operating Limits

The maximum permissible temperature for the environment and the medium are dependent on each other. For PTFE seat seals, the recommended medium temperature is -40 °C to +130 °C. Metallic seals are required for temperatures up to +230 °C.

Installation

The valve can be installed in any position, but mounting with the actuator upright is recommended. Protect the device from electromagnetic interference, UV radiation, and weather conditions when used outdoors.
